    Smile A Newbie Intro

    I am a former CA REB and NV mortgage banker who nows specializes in pre-foreclosure and REO purchases and sales. When I was an active REB and lender, I tended towards the foreclosure market as it was pretty easy to find clients.

    It is amazing how people in trouble would listen to someone who wanted to help them. I never figured out why other people in the "professions" wouldn't spend more time in that market. Regardless, I'm back in it full time.

    I became a member of this forum because it is devoted to real estate and that means the people here already know the lay of the land. I hope I can contribute something to this forum and I look forward to any and all interchange with the membership.
