I just wanted to jump in and introduce myself as well...My name is Todd Warren and I have been a private real estate investor for over 10 years. I deal with realtors daily and love it...with the current state of the market around the country, we need all the help we can get with our marketing efforts and that why I believe referrals are so critical...
