    Hi Everyone,
    Just wanted to introduce myself! I'm Cyndy and I finally joined this site! I have been lurking around and reading posts here for a while and everyone seems like a real knowledgeable bunch ! I'm sure that I have lots to learn.

    Thank you both for the kind words...

    Well, there is not much to tell. I'm a just licensed RE agent in Socal Orange County. Greenhorn I know it's a lousy time to get into this business but I said.. Hey, I'll take it from the bottom now, would be only better in the future... right? (trying to be as optimistic I can)

    I want to learn as much as I can. Looks like Internet is the best marketing instrument lately.
