    Default Flipper/Marketing Specialist/Soon Agent?

    Hello from Ottawa,

    My primary day job is online/offline marketing.
    My passion is construction and flipping houses.

    Success of my online marketing company and our Business Lists division allows me the luxury of being able to spend more and more time flipping homes.

    I am here because marketing is second nature to me but I want to learn everything and anything about investing in and selling Real Estate.

    I look forward to learning from some very talented realtors.

    Hello!

    Just curious. Which markets do you find it profitable to flip houses now? From all the news around here, it sounds like the home prices are only going one direction - down. How do you make a profit in such a market?
