Hi from cool California
Stopping in to say hello. I am an agent in Davis, California. I have really committed 2008 to build a web presence for my area. There is so much information to absorb and I feel like I am learning mode, but trying to get good organic results.

Welcome...use to work in Davis, UCD...market is still in a crunch there, hopefully we will see a slow down to the down turn in Northern cal soon...

Thank you for the welcome. Real Estate Referrals, the Davis market is holding its own thanks to the University. Sacramento as a region is seeing a lot of foreclosures but some investors are starting to come back into the market.
