Default Young, Motivated Landscaper With A Future In Real Estate

    Hello All,

My name is Mitch, i'm fourteen years old, and I own my own company, DreamScapes Landscaping. I've been maintaining landscapes ever since I was about ten years old, and am growing my business daily. I service about twenty properties per week (mowing) and do a lot of landscape installs (small), and other maintenance services (bushes, aerating, etc.)

I plan on making landscaping my main business, but I'd like to get in to Real Estate a little, just as something extra.

My parents have flipped three homes in the past two years (while still working full time) and they have had great success. I have followed them through the process, and really took a liking to it all.

Future plans are to go to college, major in Horticulture, Landscaping Construction, Landscaping Design, Turf Maintenance, and get my Assoiciates Degree. I then plan on running about two trucks full time in the landscaping field, each truck working no more than five days per week, and I will have the role of working with the crews, doing all of the sales, bookwork, etc.

I would really like to get into the "investment" side of the business. Self Storage, flipping homes, renting condo's, etc. Rather than being an agent.

    Thanks for having me!

    -Mitch-

Sounds like you are pretty motivated and should do well if you keep your eye on the prize. You should do well in investing. Good Luck

I am glad to hear that there are still young men like you out there. You remind me of myself at your age with similar aspirations but without such clear vision. Good luck!
