Hello Colin, welcome to the site. If I were you I would put up examples of sites that you have gotten into the #1 spot, instead of just saying you can get someone #1 for their keywords. Do you know how many times a day real estate agents hear that?

Welcome to the forum. Do you have a portforlio of sites that you have brought up to the top ten of Google with competitive keywords. If so then provide that information to guide those that may be interested. It will also be helpful to let us know how long it will take you the take a site to page 1 of Google and whether the site will stay there for long. Thanks

No,

I havent done a real estate site.

All sites are the same for me. Real estate is no harder than Sports cars, Fishing, Stock market or anything.

I use the same method and it works!

Well I can't agree with you on that statement, but to each his own

I will be curious to see someone take you up on your offer and see how long it takes you to get them ranked in the top 10 for their "city" real estate.

Welcome to the forum Colin,

If you're using methods that are the most beneficial (in the long run) for a website, then the competitiveness of the industry should play a major factor.

If you haven't done a real estate site yet, you may be in for a surprise.
