    Default Hi everyone!

Just a note to say "hello!". I've read what I've seen and am looking forward to being part of this forum. I just like to know on how to avoid foreclosures, tips on the best mortgages available in the market and the best home I can have for my family.

First of all, welcome to the Real Estate Forum! There are tons of mortgage professionals in here that can help you out with information.

The best mortgage available in today's market is the mortgage that you are comfortable with and completely understand! Every client is unique, every home is unique, and every home loan program is unique.

What programs really interest you, or what programs do you think would be fit your situation?

    Default Hello

I am relatively new to the forum also and welcome. Looking forward to chatting in the future. I agree you have to be comfortable and that you are able to meet the terms of a mortgage.
