We are full time real estate investors and found properties in different states for less than 25K that cash flow between $400 - $500. I'd like to know more about where you're finding the rentals under 25K with 4-500 in income monthly. I would be interested in expanding my investing strategy to other areas of the country. Are you also wholesalers and if so do you send out your property list?

I recommend checking out Pittsburgh, PA. There are single family homes below 25K that can cash flow $400-$600 per month.
