Hello. This is our first post
Hello everyone. We are new to this forum. My name is Corie and my partner is Alex. We are full time real estate investors and found properties in different states for less than 25K that cash flow between $400 - $500. We are exited to share our knowledge and insights in this forum for real estate investing.

rentals with $400-$500 ROI
I'd like to know more about where you're finding the rentals under 25K with 4-500 in income monthly. I would be interested in expanding my investing strategy to other areas of the country. Are you also wholesalers and if so do you send out your property list?
Thanks,
