New to Forum
Hello and Happy New Year to everyone. I am new to this forum and I look forward to exchanging information with everyone, and for starters I am sharing with everyone the ebook "The Realtors Guide to Broker Price Opinion's". If you are not familiar with BPO's, BPO's are a way for Real Estate agents and brokers to make extra money by performing price opinions of homes that are in default for lenders. It's an excellent guide that taught me how to go about doing BPO's and it gives you a list of lenders to contact to get you started. It's incredible. Good luck to everyone with everything that you are doing. Let's all be prosperous in 2008!

I am somewhat new to the forum also and looking forward to learning more about real estate. It looks like your BPO is definately something at current time would be a money maker with somemany homes in default. Good Luck and thanks for sharing.
