New to Forum all help appreciated
Just wanted to introduce myself to this forum, and hopefully it will lead to new opportunities and gained knowledge. Right now I am looking towards the future and establishing my own small real estate company. The question I pose to anyone with knowledge who has started their own real estate company from the ground up or has any experiance with real estate companies is....What business struture do you feel benefited your company the best? I know each structure has its pros and cons as for as limitations and so on, but as far as safety as a potential financial risk. I am confidant in my work, but I just want to prepare for any future financial situation.Appreciate any feedback

Welcome aboard I am new to this forum as well and I look forward to exchanging information with everyone. Being you are starting your own company the ebook "The Realtors Guide to Broker Price Opinion's" is something I recommend you read and get into. If you are not familiar with BPO's, BPO's are a way for Real Estate agents and brokers to make extra money by performing price opinions of homes that are in default for lenders. It's an excellent guide that taught me how to go about doing BPO's and it gives you a list of lenders to contact to get you started. It's incredible. Good luck with everything your doing.

Welcome to the forum! Relatively new here myself, but I wanted to reach out to you since you posed a pretty good question in your post! I haven't started anything from the ground up, but I do have experience in the business development aspect of things. The smartest thing that I did was streamline the client management system as well as the marketing campaigns. Those were two of the biggest headaches that the companies were facing, and it really helped them out a lot when refining their business model. I don't know if that helps, but I hope it does.

I appreciate that post and the info you provided. I will focus on establishing a key management plan, and try to see what resources I can tap with the marketing.
