Hello all, I am a real estate agent working in the Seattle area under the Windermere brand. Seattle is one of the last hold outs in this "bubble" we are having. Our market has held up quite well, who knows what the future will bring. Due to out strong job market and the percentage of owner-occupied homes, we are experiencing a more relaxed swing.

I am the author a real estate blog called the GuideToSeattleRealEstate.com. We talk about the effective marketing and purchasing of homes in the Seattle area.
