hi, i'm new to this forum, until recently i had no idea what kind of networking, advice, and experiences could be had from these types of forums. I'm here to learn more about real estate investing. I've done some prior investing in the past, now I want to get into commercial. I love reading good investment books, and discussing strageties, etc..so anyone with an idea or who know of a good book feel free to share!!
