    Default What to disclose?

    Brand new houses nationwide should disclose which of the following to the prospective buyer:
    1. Thickness of wall
    or
    2. Type of roof
    or
    3. Insulation

    Welcome to the forum Leo. Typically, all builders specify all three items you mentioned (as well much more) on a "spec" sheet which is made available to prospective buyers. If for some odd reason a builder doesn't, don't walk but run the heck away.
