Hello from Canary Islands

Hello everyone,

I own an independent estate agency in Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands in Spain. This forums are very interesting indeed and I am a great fan of the way the Real Estate market operates in America. Unfortunately we are very much behind with many things here still but I am hoping things will become more proffesional in the near future.
I am a bit obsessed with bringing my team (only 3 agents at the moment) to the USA to some seminars or convention to motivate them. I worked for a RE/MAX office here for nearly 8 years before setting up on my own with a partner so some of the american way of working has definitely rubbed off on me ;-).
I would be very very grateful if you could recomend me one of those. Which is the one you think is the most value for money (will cost us a small fortune to go over just on flights) and that will get our agents spirits soaring as well as having a couple of days to enjoy and relax?. Heard yesteday in a seminar about the sell-a-bration event that is taking place in Hawaii in January. Is it worth it?. Would you recommend another event?. Or is perhaps a seminar by Howard Brinton, Craig Proctor, etc a better choice?.

Very cool...I have lived for years in Fuerteventura, where I was a real estate developer in Corralejo...And I still have friends in Las Palmas. One of them lives in Siete Palmas...Really cool....
