    Default Hi Everyone

Just got into the real estate business, and I've always enjoyed forums. They are always a good place to bounce ideas and get some feedback. I know what you are thinking "good luck if you are getting in now". I enjoy a good challenge. The company I work is an outside the box kind of company. With the market the way it is you have to be these day.

    welcome Chad...
Could you give me an example of 'outside the box' ideas that you stated in your post above?
    I'm curious to know...
