    Default Hi everyone

Hi from Warsaw! I'm glad I found this forum. Hope to exchange information, opinions and advice.

If anyone interested in realestate in Poland, I'll be happy to share my knowledge. Currently I'm busy with new investing projects in Poland and I hope to find some people interested in Bulgaria's realestate, from whom I could get some info about apartments in Bulgaria.

    Hi,

well the cities in Poland are developing veery fast. In Warsaw we have a lot a lot of new investments, some really concrete, skyscrapers, very nice apartments. Other cities are not worse, especially Wroclaw. Many foreign investors are buiding in Poland now as well, a lot of Spanish companies. People who invested in apartments had big profits and it is still profitable to buy apartments as investments. In my opinion the best is to buy luxury apartments in big cities. We don't have so many of them yet and it is something you can make money on.
