First Time Poster. Have a Question [SPAM]
Hi my name is Laura. I am a first time user. My husband works for the department of defense. He says that Stock Ticker Symbol: (**SPAM REMOVED**) just got approved for a U.S. Communities contract. This could mean a lot of revenue for the company. My husband told my brother to buy as much as he can. How much do you think I should buy? This could mean TONS of Money

Apparantly stock tips are the new viagra. Some sad boffin has done a study of spam emails and found that stock tips are the most common spam email. I thought they peaked a couple of years ago, but maybe there is a comeback - after the Germans of course.
I can just imagine the scrutiny afterwards

Funny SH*T
LOL, that is the funniest post I have seen in a while. I used to be a stockbroker so I know. First off, If that was really true you would not be on here telling or asking anyone how many shares you you shoud buy. You would keep it quiet. Insider trading is Illegal "Martha Stewart" DO I need to say more? Your husband works for them? Than why would you be asking us how much to buy ask him. What this is actually is a hopeless attempt to maybe get a rumor out and one person tells another and some poor fool buys the stock and - so on increasing the price. I would be carefull either way, because even that is very Illegal. "Federal Offense, True or Not True"

A not very clever attempt by "Laura" to do some manipulating. Some of the first posts by spammers and "fly bys" can be very amusing once I get over my initial annoyance.
