Welcome Jim...
Is the market in Austin hot as people say?
I have heard that some Texans cities are still increasing in value while it's flat all around nationwide...

Hi Cody,
Things have been pretty good here, but we seem to be slowing down just a bit lately. I think the nationwide stuff is starting to affect us some. Overall things look good for the future. The job growth here remains strong which is the main reason we have had a good market recently.
One thing to remember, Austin's appreciation was reasonable and steady in recent years. We didn't have a bubble, so there was nothing to pop! We should be fine moving forward.

Jim,
Cool - I did some work for Victoria Pearson a little while ago; she spoke highly of you. I'm with RE/MAX Austin Advantage myself. Nice to meet you.

Welcome Jim
Hi Jim welcome to the forum! I am a dallas boy! How is 6th street? I need to get back down there. Hope business is doing well. I am up here in Dallas just trying to get people into houses. It has been getting a lot tougher. What kind client base do you have? Are you high end? Middle or a little bit of everything?
