I was also curious to know what is required for a Canadian citizen to obtain a mortgage? Are there any new restrictions given the current state of the market?

I was thinking of connecting with people in popular Canadian vacation areas in the U.S. to assist in the selling of vacation property to Canadians. The next year is absolutely the best time for Canadians to purchase U.S. vacation property. Our dollar is the strongest it's been against the U.S. dollar since the 1950's. I thought this could be a great new distribution channel to assist you in your weak market.

If anyone has any further ideas or if anyone can further assist me with information that would be greatly appreciated.
