Hello from Central Missouri USA
Hi All! Just found this site and hope to learn lots. The good and the bad. I've been a realtor for nine months and have had reasonable success but still lots to learn. This looks like a promising place to pick up the tricks of the trade.

I live in New Franklin which is three miles from Boonville and 23 miles from Columbia.
Cape is a beautiful town but pretty far from me.
