Where is Norfolk?
I have been to Nebraska once. Omaha has a great downtown area.

Well, you're one up on me...I've never been to NC. Norfolk is about 100 mi. NW of Omaha. Yes, they are doing a nice job of renovating the downtown riverfront area there. Are you a real estate broker?
