New agent saying hello
Hi everyone, I'm a new agent working out of the Southeast Coldwell Banker office in the south Chicago suburbs. I received my license a couple months ago, signed onto Coldwell Banker 3 weeks ago, and just finished my training last night.
I'm going to spend the weekend cold calling and cold knocking. Wish me luck!

Welcome to the forum, Jon.
Cold knocking will bring you much more business than cold calling.
I've always get good results by knocking on doors, and since few agents like that, there is no competition
