Hey, I'm a senior in high school with an interest in getting into the rental/flipping game at a young age. I'm really looking to talk to as many experts in the field as possible to learn anything I can.

I've been saving up some money to get into the lower priced housing market, but I want to wait atleast a year before I decide to make any moves. In the meantime I really want to learn the business.
