get orginized
Jimmy,
Slow down, look around you. Why are you failing subjects? Odds are your focusing on issues that are not important right now, you have time to grow. You need to invest in yourself. Get your education. It is much easier dealing with Doctors, lawyers and investors if you can understand the small talk. I just completed my business degree, believe me it is harder when you are 40 to study and stay focused on someone that is younger than you. An education is something that can never be taken from you. You may be able to acquire money, but you may loose it as well, no matter what happens to your money once you have an education it is always yours.

Hi Jimmy,
I completely agree with the 2 post above me - first deal with completing school. That is first and foremost!
However, I do understand being in the 12th grade, if you haven't already, you will begin to wonder about your future. Once you have your grades all in order and there is no question about your graduation,... give it some real thought.
What can you do out in this world and be happy at it? Being a Realtor is not easy or simple by any means, yes there is money to be made in it. However if it is not your passion you will not put as much work into and therefore, will not receive much out of it.
Also College is something I strongly recommend to all of our youth, even if you only get an experience from it, it's something you do not want to look back on and wonder what it would have been like or where would you have ended up. You're still young and have many great opportunities ahead of you, don't make any decisions without putting a great deal of thought into it! Continue to dialog with different people to get other perspective, however remember it you who has to live that life.
