Hi, From Adelaide Australia.
Hi,
I have been investing since 2000, and i now have 60 IP's spread over Australia and New Zealand.
I am now looking for High Yielding properties in the US and Canada, preferably with vendor financing.
Regards
John Fowler

Hi John,
Welcome to the forums!
The greater Phoenix Arizona real estate market is jumping. We are just beginning to correct to where prices should be for a major metropolitan area. And, we are not anywhere near where we should be yet, so there is no talk of a bubble here and we still have a lot of appreciating to do.

G'day John and welcome. Do you own anything in Marlborough (NZ)?

I have nothing in Marlborough NZ.
I have a block of 6 and a block of 4 in Invercargill. A block of 2 in Mataura and a house in Marton.
The rest of my properties are in Australia.

Unfortunately I'm not in the position to buy for rising prices. Managing cashflow is my biggest problem as I live off the income from rentals.
I need the cashflow to service the loans also.
Most of my properties have experienced fantastic capital gains and some are still moving ( I hope).
I am chasing the highest yields that I can find ie; 25% and higher, but Ui think that I will need to get vendor finance (at least initially) if I buy in the US, or Canada.
