Greetings from New Jersey
After 10 years I've decided to open up my own branch (Great timing, huh?).
I'm primarily focusing on purchase money transactions and am working hard to develop relationships with the area realtors.
As I said, I've been living, eating and breathing mortgages for ten years so I'm not a fly-by-nighter in it for the quick buck.
I'm trying a different approach to things. Flat fee's - no commissions. You can see everything on my website.
Forgive me if I've included to much info, I only belong to one other forum (Honda Interceptor) and to be perfectly honest, the rules from forum to forum differ quite a bit and the old timers seem to get pretty fired up about missteps. I'd hate to get flamed

Jim,
Welcome to the forum. Good luck with the new branch and I think you can build a great business around your flat fee - no commission niche.Jayson Gibson
