The market in NJ now is dead. But the developer has just reduced again way below the asking price from last year. Hopefully we have a turn around soon.

Florida Condos Going Cheap in Auctions
Hi,
Just reading a few of the posts. Florida realestate is really slow too as I am sure you have heard.
I have been hearing and seeing some really great deals on Oceanfront and Riverfront Condo's being sold at a fraction of the cost in auctions. I am really interested in this and would love to get a Condo this way if I could get it cheap enough. They say that the owners/developers just want to dump them because the are stuck holding them way too long with the down market.
If anyone knows of any kind of deals or information on auctions on Florida Condos let me know. I would have to get it cheap to be able to afford it and would probably stay in it and rent it to make the paymentsLast edited by Chief Tutor; 10-08-2007 at 09:40 AM. Reason: Links Already in Signature

Don't know of any in Florida. But I am looking at a place in North Wildwood right at the base of the boards and really good prices.
