You are off to a great start. The only thing I would change is the font on the nav bar. On my screen it looks a little blurry. The layout is nice and clean, loads fast, nice pics, etc. Good job and good luck with your site.

Website Review
Aloha, I have reviewed your website and I think it looks good as a start. I think that the feature listings or some kind of listings would be more helpful in attaining potential customers.

Hi Nesli:
Your homepage content seems geared more to the search engines than to visitors as it is loaded with keywords. From an SEO standpoint, you need to remember to maintain a balance to have your content speak to your potential customers as well as ranking you high (hopefully) in the SEs.
Since I am not a real estate broker, I look at sites here from the point of view of a potential customer. I also find all that RED hard on the eyes. We know that red on a website is a "call to action" but I would use it sparingly and make the site more reader-friendly.
Good luck with your site.

I agree with the text issue, there needs to be a healthy balance between search engines and visitors and trust me .. the search engines will long terms speaking adapt to what is most pleasing to the human eye and intellect.

Just about all of my likes and criticisms have been covered above. One thing I noticed is that the italicized text in the main body looks very 'choppy' in my browser (IE). Good Luck with the site
