i did it. i pass my exam. i took it march 17th and i did it. i am just very happy and want to share with everybody.

Congrats for passing the exam, now the real hard work begins. Dont let anyone fool you, it takes money to make it in the real estate business. I would suggest putting back at least 2k a month to market with to keep business coming in the door until you start to get some steady clients sending you referrals. Best of luck with you new profession.
