Hi All:

I recognize a number of names here from other forums. I am not engaged in real estate but was invited to join by Mike/SiteTutor to present my content writing services to those who might want them. We moved to Las Vegas and were lucky enough to buy a home just before the price increases. However, I am interested in the market in case we might want to invest in income property.
