Default How do I qualify for mortgage?

What if I only have a job and no other source of income, will I still qualify for mortgage? My monthly income is P16000 per month and I'm planning to buy a P700,000 wort property through mortgage.

Can I go to the bank and have someone assess my financial situation and ask if I can qualify for a mortgage? Ugh! I don't really have an idea how to start. Please help.

It sounds like you know exactly what to do. Go talk to a couple of lenders and see what your options are. Talk to lenders in the area where you want to buy and stay away from internet lenders, they can be nightmares.

You are working in P16000 and I think it is enough to get a loan from the same bank from where you are getting your salary they‘ll deduct amount from your salary as installments every month. You should ask from there and the second option is that you can get a loan on the same property you are going to buy. But as already said to you just ask your friends and the knower of it….hope you’ll get the real solution.

They need to know the most important thing at this time is how to limit a mortgage modification scheme. Although the basic requirements are the same, must be considered before a variety of loans to some special prerequisites and the application to modify .
