    Default Introducing myself

Hi all...this looks like a great site!

My husband and I and the bank own our house (not sure why it says renter on my profile) and will be renting it out this summer and buying again in a different city.

Am here to get good advice and read about what others are experiencing in this tough market. Just want to say hi!

    Welcome to the forum.

Without some information about location, size, number of rooms, etc... it is difficult to give you advice.

Advice was the wrong word, maybe....I just meant that these forums seem like a good place to learn.

    Thanks for the welcome!

Hi welcome to the forum, the renter in your profile is the status given to new members.
