Hi all!

My name is Kristy Schwartz, I live in beautiful Roseville, California and am currently in the Mortgage Industry. I am interested in this forum for many reasons! I am starting some First Time Home Buyer classes, as well as a blog, Facebook fan page and newsletter. I will have many polls and tips for my First Time Buyers and am very interested in getting some advice from great Realtors like yourself!

I am also here because I have plenty of First Time Home Buyers that are pre-approved and ready to be passed on to a Realtor and are currently not working with one! I hope to create some local relationships to help increase your, and my business :-)
