Hello!

I'm John from Dayton, OH. My family and I am in the market for a larger home as the one we are in has shrunk on us, lol. I've also been interested in real estate sales and investing for many years now. I'm a member on many other forums, and am usually just reading and researching.

Our local online MLS database is DABR and my wife and I are on there just about every day. But, we're so picky about what we need, it's hard to find the right property, unless we just build.

I am also a photographer and am getting more into real estate photography. We get frustrated with the quality and/or quantity of photo's some agents have in listings. My wife and I also understand why that happens some times. Agents are busy people and need to spend more time selling the property, not snapping pictures of it.

Anyhow, off I go to read, lol.
