Well there are few good reasons why it is god to invest in RE business. In RE you'll have property that is increasing in value. Great for financing your future. Aside from this if you improve or make renovations to a property, you can sell it at a much higher price. You will also get good cash flow from renting property. You must take risk in investing in RE, your financial status has a huge impact towards your success in RE business
