    Default Perfect storm in Phoenix

I'm from Phoenix, AZ. The real estate market here has been unpredictable for some time now. Lots of foreclosures - low priced homes - people need homes - banks aren't lending - huge demand for seller financing cause most people aren't able to get a loan from the bank cause most have a past financial or credit issue to overcome. However, there is huge opportunity - some would call it a 'perfect storm' - in the market now for all the same reasons. It's really amazing what you can do if you know how to put all the pieces together.

I acquire below market residential real estate that we reposition as low risk investments with long term cash flow and huge back end profits. Right now we're able to buy properties in Phoenix for 50 to 60 cents on the dollar. We're currently taking on investments partners to share in the best buying opportunities since the Great Depression.

We're able to buy at a discount - we're very selective in the properties we acquire - and we sell with a lease option or seller financing. So we are able to maximize cash flow and create a huge profit when the property is sold because we sell for a pre-determined price. We help investors get an above average return and we give the homeowner an opportunity to own a home again.

There is great opportunity in this market right now.
What's the market like where you are?
