    hi my name is Terry Magee I am a property developer with 3 decades of exp in commercial and residential property development in perth western australia and lombok and bali indonesia .
    The indonesian market place is booming in the villa sales and local indonesian residential property market.
    Fractional ownership is also becoming popular in top end villa market .
