New to the forum, The Management Trust is a community association management firm located in nine West Coast markets.

Only one of our divisions handles rental properties, the rest of us works with HOA and condo association boards. We do plan on hosting realtor training webinars on a state-by-state basis for realtors seeking more information on HOA and condo association management.
