Hello everybody
I am complete newbie...
Its always said that property is the way to make money etc. While Idon't have the money I hope to one day, so I decided to start educating myself about everything related to property development, markets, economics etc.
Please be patient I'm not as dim as I seem when I ask questions ( there isn't a tsupid question I was told as a kid, so I'm going with that).
I hope to learn lots here and hopefully contribute when I can as well. I'm in the Uk, but I'm sure the principles are global right???
