I am new to this forum. I am the owner of the real estate agency in Croatia as well as the property management company in Croatia.

Gday mate, Croatia sounds like a wonderful place to live, are you near the ocean? How is the real estate market over there?

Well yes, I am very close to the ocean (I believe "sea" is a better word as we don't have ocean here). If you are familiar with Croatia, I live in Split (Dalmatia) which is the second biggest town in Croatia and is at the sea.

In regards to the real estate market ... it started picking up again. Last couple of years was very bad, but it seams like it's getting better this year - I guess the fact the negotiations with EU are now closed was a trigger.

There are lots of Croatians in Australia ...
