    My name is Stephen Maury and I'm the founder and managing partner of Beacon Real Estate. Beacon is the only real estate agency in Nantucket, Massachusetts offering commission rebates to buyers. Additionally we are an exclusive buyer's agency. We also donate a portion of our commission from every sale to local charities or non-profits.
