Question Partnering with a Realtor in San Francisco Bay Area :)

    Hi Everyone,

I am sort of new to the Real Estate industry and became a Home Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo. I was wondering whats the best way to start building relationships with Realtors to help their customers find loans and obviously when people come in wanting pre approvals that we refer back? I came into this business from a pretty steady job I had before so I could spend more time with family.

I know this board is full of realtors and I am trying to figure out exactly you guys look for in a Loan Officer and what helps build those relationships.

    Thanks for the input

    Steven

    SMBouillon,

Welcome to the board here. I'd recommend going to different sections of the forum and posting in the appropriate sections (the one pertaining most to your questions) and ask them there now that you've introduced yourself. Anyway, best of luck and welcome!

Always be available to answer all questions. Do not make any promises instead make straight to the point approach in telling the pros and the cons. Make them feel you are sincere.
