Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum but it strikes me as a superb resource filled with a vibrant, international community. Glad to be your newest compatriot.

While my primary residence is (currently) in the United States, I have several investment properties I keep in The Bahamas. A gorgeous slice of oceanfront land just off Paradise Island, a condo (with full-time annual tenants) and an oceanfront vintage cottage that's the quintessential definition of heaven. I'm looking to diversify my real estate holdings to elsewhere in the world (possibilities include, but aren't limited to, Panama, Argentina, Ecuador, Spain, Italy and Portugal). Simultaneously, I may be relocating my U.S. base to the Southeast for easier flights into Nassau.

Currently, I'm focused on the very recent launch of my online community which caters to buyers of vacation homes and property investors. In the next year, I'd like it to become a one-stop resource where buyers can more effectively research, identify, purchase, maintain and rent (if they so chose) their real estate investments. Naturally, having forum members knowledgeable in such areas as real estate, financing, et al would add considerable value to the community More information on this exciting forum can be found in my signature below.
