I am new to real estate investing in the sense that I have not been able to afford a property. It is also a time issue given that i work full time.

I am looking forward to learning more about how to make it work, however.

My interests include computers and real estate obviously, but I also like the Dallas Mavericks (YAY on the win).

My day job is working in finance for a large IT company.
