Hello, I'm new to the forum
Hello All,
Stephen Modica here from Staten Island NY. I thought it would be a great idea to join this forum as I was once a real estate investor in NY and am considering take the plunge back into the RE market. I sort of lost my taste for RE as I had sustained some ugly losses. But I know think it may be time to get back on the horse, therefore, I figured joining a RE forum would be a great place to become updated and begin to knock the rust off this old investor. I look forward to lively discussions pertaining to RE as well as related topics. Any help would be appreciated as I have never been a member of an online forum in the past.
