Am glad to represent my beatiful Italy here.

Why buy in Italy?
Accessibility
Most parts of Italy can be reached relatively quickly and cheaply by plane which therefore make it a viable destination for long weekends, summer vacations and half term breaks. A short journey with one of the major airlines will take you from your busy lifestyle to the land of mountains, sea, sunshine and first class wines and cuisine.
Climate
Italy has a mild climate which is characterised by long hot summers and winters that are dry and sunny. Italy is a great place to visit during the winter months, especially in the north where the bright sunshine contrasts beautifully with the mountain silhouettes. In fact, the well-known destinations of Cortina and Madonna di Campiglio offer a perfect skiing environment.
Wine and Cuisine
Italians are deeply passionate about cuisine and winemaking with each region offering variations in cuisine and local wines. Prices for eating out in Italy are generally cheaper than the UK unless, of course, you visit major tourist areas like Venice.
Activities
Italy offers something for everyone. The varied Italian landscape guarantees that your passion for sporting activities will be met, be it skiing, swimming, trekking, cycling or horse riding.
Lifestyle
Yes, that famous Italian relaxed lifestyle needs to be experienced to be fully appreciated. The pace of life is much slower here and together with that wonderful Mediterranean diet and sunshine, relaxation is compulsory.
Investment
Italian property prices in general offer great value for money and as more people continue to buy here, property prices will increase accordingly in all regions.

Why buy in Italy? Because it is a beautiful country, with friendly people, and a rich history!

I am referring to the historic houses.
The historic home market in Italy is a small market - because there are no "new" historic homes - but it is a market that has not suffered the effects of heavy recession.
There are plenty of new homes available but the houses painted by a famous artist are just a few thousand.
This is a market that always gives satisfaction. It is certainly a market that caters to a niche segment of buyers but they are generally buyers that feel less the problems of recession.
Life is only one, so why don’t you live it in a place where you can have a nice lifestyle, eat fantastic food and meet friendly people?
