Hi Ben! What is real estate software?

The main program I am working on is a real estate portal content management system. It allows someone to create a real estate portal where other sellers can list there homes for sale and get exposure, while buyers are able to search through an easy to use interface and find new properties.

Hopefully that makes sense, I'm a programmer not a sales copy writer haha.

I mainly joined the community here to find out what sellers and buyers would like to see in a system like this so we can make the software even better!

So please comments, suggestions, and angry rants on how we can improve are greatly appreciated, Some more than others haha
