    Default Brief Introduction

    My name is Vincent Agri. I am from Brooklyn NY and am currently a real estate salesperson for REMAX Metro. Concurrently, I am also a novice Real Estate Investor in the New Jersey Real Estate market, where I currently have been investing in buy and holds. I am joining the forum to network with seasoned investors and agents alike, to learn, to share and grow from the discussions. I currently am authoring a Blog Real Estate for Thinkers and have several current active listings in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn.

    Hey Vincent! Nice to see people from home around here. That sounds pretty interesting, to buy and hold right now. There are some deals that just seem incredible out there for someone with the cash to invest.

    Thanks for your kind reply. Please join my blog, Real Estate for Thinkers and feel free to comment on any of my ideas to help my blog become more interesting and educational. I want to expand the concept in the hopes of benefiting individual communities and restoring the housing market.
