Hey guys,

I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Dan and I'm a real estate investor from the Chicagoland area. I primarily purchase notes on the secondary market, however I become involved in small commercial deals from time to time. I remember how hard it was to get started in this market, and I hope to offer any guidance I can to my fellow investors that are still learning the business. Also, as I'm sure many of you find....the more you figure out, the more you realize you still need to learn.

Also, networking is a big plus =p.
